Giving is a fundamental aspect of the Iniala Group

Iniala Giving is the philanthropic and giving arm of Iniala. This includes Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, consistent support for the Inspirasia Foundation and other activities that drive positive social change. Giving is a fundamental aspect of the Iniala Group, built into its business model and ethical principles. Iniala’s approach is an effective alloy of business and philanthropy: a hard head and an open heart. Through Iniala Giving, the group has supported many great causes. Iniala is – and always will be – committed to giving back to the communities it is part of.

Inspirasia

In 2002, a terrorist bomb in Bali, Indonesia, killed 202 people. Among them was Mark Weingard’s fiancée, Annika Linden. Devastated by his loss, Mark was inspired to help those affected by the bombings. And so, the Annika Linden Foundation was set up in 2003 as a vehicle for Mark’s personal giving. Since then, it has grown into a leading grant-making foundation, now known as the Inspirasia Foundation. To date, Inspirasia has donated over €12 million to non-profits that have helped hundreds of thousands of people.

Bali, Indonesia

Inspirasia Foundation supports five organisations in Bali. We believe that it takes more than money to create social change. Social purpose organisations need to be effective and efficient in order to generate and scale social change. The foundation works hand-in-hand with these organisations to help them increase their impact and sustainability It does this through the Annika Linden Centre, a world-class facility and multi-purpose building that is home to an incubator for social change impact, which provides diverse services to persons with disabilities.

Academy of Givers

Creating a community of givers and encouraging better social responsibility through the Academy of Givers. The Academy is a members-based association with a mission to improve philanthropic and corporate social responsibility efforts by providing a platform for individuals and companies to come together to learn, share, recognise and be inspired.
