ION Harbour by Simon Rogan

The spectacular rooftop restaurant of the Iniala Harbour House Hotel is ION Harbour by Simon Rogan. The eponymous British chef with a global reputation holds three Michelin stars and five AA Rosettes. He was also awarded the newly introduced Michelin Green Star for sustainability.

ION Harbour celebrates the very best of Maltese ingredients in signature style. The chef is a pioneer of the farm-to-table movement and his menus are strongly guided by hyperlocal ingredients that are harvested, fished and foraged by the best and most sustainable local producers. The restaurant’s team includes restaurant manager James Christie, and executive chef Oli Marlow, who has worked alongside Simon for more than six years.
